Hi, my name is Sammie. My brother, Petie & sister Punkie and I love to have Heather and the team at Pups Pal Petsitting take care of us when our humans have to travel away from home. They take me for walks, play ball with me and make sure that I have my toys, a good belly rub, food and water. They make sure that Petie & Punkie have a clean kitty box and although I don’t want to share, they make sure to give them some lovin’ too.

Heather and her Pups Pal Pet Sitting team have been providing in-home care for Mr. Sparky and Miss Kaia since July, 2009. I never have to worry about them, as both of my kitties are pretty shy and Heather makes sure to check on them each visit - she’s found their favorite hiding places! I know I can count on Heather and her team to be available even if I have to call her at the last minute. I don’t know what I would do without Pups Pal! - Melissa, Gainesville, VA

Words cannot express how wonderful Heather is! She is reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We have been working with Heather for almost 3 years and Bailey, our St. Bernard, loves her! Traveling was always so stressful as we tried to determine what to do with Bailey. We never felt quite comfortable putting her in a kennel and did not want to inconvenience our friends. We were hesistant to use a petsitter, but Heather put all that worry to rest after the very first visit. She genuinely cares for Bailey and does whatever it takes to make sure she is taken care of in the same manner we take care of her . . . even sitting on the floor with Bailey to make sure she eats! Or making sure the treat jar is always full for her post-walk reward. Thank you, Heather, for all you do!

"Heather Judd and Pups-Pal came into our lives 2 years ago when we had to take a trip and needed a sitter for our ailing 13-year old Scruffy dog who had recently been diagnosed with a terminal condition. We wanted Scruffy to have as much comfort and as little disruption to her life as possible while we were away and were so fortunate to have found Heather. She and her associates took such an interest in Scruffy and her needs that upon our return we were thrilled to see that some of the spark and energy had returned to our old girl. Two years later we are the proud owners of Coach and Tucker, two gigantic, energetic and truely loveable boys.who look forward to their visits from Heather and her friends at Pups-Pal. Heather and the staff of Pups Pal Petsitting are great! Sadie May is a grumpy senior who thrives on routine - I know that I can count on Heather to be here for her at the scheduled times. As soon as we met Heather we knew she would take excellent care of our high maintenance (but very lovable) Mastiff, Tressa. Heather has a great personality and is full of energy. The thought of having a stranger come into our house every day made us a little uneasy but after meeting Heather for the first time we immediately felt at ease. She is extremely reliable and trustworthy. We do not know what we would do without her. Pups-pal is the greatest!!! I have been using your services for a little over a year (three if you count your time with PerfectPaws). Pups-pal have made my life easy. I didn¢t have to look for a boarding house, or a dog walker to find someone that takes great care of my dog while I'm at work on vacation, business travel or disappearing for several months while on TDY. You do it all. Since I started using your services I have been on 7 business trips, 3 vacations and and several 3 month TDY's. Every time we have been able to work out a schedule that would allow my house sitter to go to work and take care of her personal business as well as take the best care of Stimpy. While I was TDY it was nice that Pups-pal and my house/dog sitter could coordinate on the fly and make sure that Stimpy had the best care under the circumstances. Plus the random emails from Stimpy while I was tdy were better than any care package.

With your daily visits, Stimpy is considerably calmer when I get home, considering I leave the house at 6:30 am and don¢t get home till around 4:40pm. The notes left on the kitchen counter assist in letting me know if Stimpy is sick or just needs to be let out sooner than later when i get home. When I'm at home in the middle of the day and you arrive to take Stimpy for a walk she is always excited to see you, like an old friend that she needs to catch up with. 

                  

Pups Pal Petsitting is the best! I use their service when I am out of town on vacation and I know my dog gets the care she receives like I was there. The walker always leaves us kind notes to let us know how things went during the visits. Pups Pal Petsitting has gone above and beyond MANY times when I have been delayed in getting home (usually medical visits, but sometimes just out longer than we planned). They are ALWAYS responsive to my call and willing to do the extra visit so I have peace of mind and don't have to worry about my pet having an accident. I give Pups Pal Petsitting my highest endorsement! You won't be disappointed!

 PupPals Petsitting has done such an exceptional job taking care of my dogs that I offered to write a testimonial for them. I have five dogs that range in size, temperament and needs. PupPals are able to balance and meet all of their needs. Whenever I return home, the dogs are happy, healthy and conte nt and the house is not a mess! Recently, I had to leave on short notice due to a family emergency. PupPals were able to take care of my dogs and made accommodations so visits were not interrupted when the area got over a foot of snow! When I have to travel, I have peace of mind that my big family is being taken care of with TLC by the PupPals team.
